Q: Do I need a prescription to place an order?

A: According to United States law, when importing generic medicines you need a United States prescription issued by a United States doctor. Under the United States Personal Importation Scheme you can import a three-month supply of medicines for personal use. More information about this scheme can be found here.


Q: How do I make a purchase?

A: To make a purchase, select your items and proceed to checkout. At checkout you can choose whether to place a one-time order or create an account. Prices displayed are in USD and your transaction information is safe and secure. We attach great importance to the privacy of your personal information and do not pass it on to third parties. After your order we will send you a confirmation. We offer two postal options and please see the Delivery Details section for further information. Orders over USD 90 are eligible for free shipping. If you wish to cancel your order before it is dispatched, please email us immediately and a full refund will be issued if the goods have not yet been dispatched.


Q: Will customs inspect my order?

A: All generic medicines we supply come with the necessary documents to ensure fast delivery within United States. These medications can be imported legally, and although customs may occasionally inspect a package upon arrival, it will not be confiscated.


Q: What are brand name generic medications?

A: Generic medicines are manufactured by reputed and licensed multinational pharmaceutical companies in India. These medications work in the same way as brand-name medications. It is worth noting that United States is one of the few countries that allows its residents to import prescription erectile drugs from abroad. However, it is illegal to import medications such as opiate painkillers and steroids.


Q: Will I receive a receipt for my purchase?

A: Yes, absolutely! If the receipt does not arrive quickly, please check your junk or spam folders.


Q: How will my items be packaged and delivered?

A: All packages are addressed discreetly, with no description of the contents on the outer packaging. Your order will be shipped in secure packaging with your address and a tracking number. The tablets are contained in factory-sealed and tamper-evident blister foil packaging, with the manufacturer’s name and expiry date on each pack.


Q: Where do my ED medications come from?

A: All customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order ships. The tracking number allows you to monitor the progress of your order. Although it is rare, we understand that orders may occasionally be lost or delayed. If your order does not arrive, please contact us and we will help you find it. If your order is lost, it will be resent to you. If your order is not delivered within 45 days, you will receive a full refund.


Q: What is your return policy?

A: If you have changed your mind and would like to return the purchased item, simply contact us upon its arrival to arrange a return and refund of payment. We strive to answer all of your questions, so don’t hesitate to contact us if we’ve missed anything.
